Keys to a great listing
1. Use Clear, High-Quality Photos- Take well-lit photos from multiple angles (front, side, close-up of wear areas or serial numbers).- Show the entire kart or part — avoid cluttered backgrounds.- Include at least 1 photo of the item installed or in use if possible (e.g., the chain guard on a kart).✅ Why it matters: Buyers trust listings that “feel real.” Clear images can increase clicks by up to 60%.2. Write an Honest, Detailed DescriptionInclude:- Make/Brand and Model- Condition (new, lightly used, rebuilt, etc.)- Compatibility (what engines/chassis it fits)- Why you’re selling it or any history✅ Pro tip: Add a short note like “Used for one season in LO206, works great — upgraded setup.”It builds trust and gives authenticity.3. Price Competitively- Check similar listings to set a fair, realistic price.- If it’s used gear, list a round number slightly under market average (e.g., $95 instead of $100).- Offer shipping included or local pickup options — buyers love transparency on costs.✅ Bonus tip: If you’re unsure, start slightly higher — you can always adjust later.4. Add Search-Friendly KeywordsUse terms buyers are likely to search:- For example: “LO206 Chain Guard,” “Briggs & Stratton Kart Chain Cover,” “Birel Kart Rear Bumper,” etc.✅ Why it matters: Keywords help your listing show up in marketplace search results and even on Google.5. Build Credibility in Your Seller Profile- Fill out your seller bio and add a logo or photo.- Keep your tone friendly and professional — “I’ve been in karting for 10 years and stand by my parts.”✅ Why it matters: Buyers are more likely to trust and message sellers who seem active and authentic.

What about shipping?
Great question. If your item is shippable, there is a USPS integrated component to help the buyer calculate the shipping costs. The Seller needs to enter in the shipping data, like package weight and the dimensions. The seller also has the option of providing a Flat Rate for shipping any item. These is also a setting for "This item will not be shipped", so the local pick up option will be used. This is best for large things, like karts and chassis.
